Chris Plating's quality assurance begins with the inspection of incoming materials and continues through every step of the processing operation. As coils up to 13.400" wide are chemically cleaned, brightened and tinned, statistical process control and quality control checks guarantee physical, cosmetic, and thickness consistency of the tin coating. Our final step is to certify coating thickness and composition with our fluorescent x-ray testing equipment. |
